3. Job Postings and Applications

3.1. Job Listings: Employers may post job opportunities on our platform. All job postings must comply with applicable laws, including equal employment opportunity laws, and must not be discriminatory, fraudulent, or misleading.

3.2. Application Process: Job seekers may apply to job postings through our Services. By submitting an application, you authorize us to share your application materials with the respective employer.

3.3. No Guarantees: We do not guarantee that any job seeker will receive job offers or that any employer will find suitable candidates through our Services. We are not involved in the actual transaction between employers and job seekers.

3.4. Fees and Payments: Certain features of our Services may require payment. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to modify our fee structure at any time upon notice.

4. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You agree not to use our Services to:

• Post content that is illegal, fraudulent, discriminatory, or violates any applicable laws
• Post job listings that require payment from job seekers
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
• Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Services
• Collect or store personal data about other users without their consent
• Post content that contains viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Use our Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we find objectionable for any reason, without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL Cyber Hire Jobs BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF USE, DATA, OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SERVICES.

7.3. Cap on Liability: IN ANY CASE, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING OUR SERVICES DURING THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRIOR TO BRINGING THE CLAIM.

8. Termination

8.1. Termination by You: You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions on our Services or by contacting us.

8.2. Termination by Us: We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
