Join TAL Australia as a Talent Attraction and Acquisition Partner on a 12-month contract (parental leave cover), starting late October. This role is your chance to work with passionate teams, senior stakeholders, and various business units, delivering top talent and helping us grow.
You’ll manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing through to selection, using tools like LinkedIn and SmartRecruiters. Building strong relationships with hiring managers and being a positive voice for our brand in the market is key.
