We are seeking a Software Integration Engineer to support the integration and operation of enterprise identity and access management solutions within a secure environment. In this role, you will work closely with technical teams and customers to integrate services across multiple systems, troubleshoot software issues, and support authentication and access management technologies.
The ideal candidate has experience with system integration, identity and access management technologies, and secure cloud or enterprise environments, along with strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
Integrate software services and applications across multiple systems and environments to support enterprise platforms
Troubleshoot software issues, investigate root causes, and recommend or implement solutions
Support Identity and Access Management (IAM) capabilities including Authentication (AuthN), Authorization (AuthZ), Digital Policy Management (DPM), Entitlement Management (EM), and Authoritative Attributes (AuthA)
Implement and maintain authentication technologies including Single Sign-On (SSO), federation, and Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML)
Support identity federation and secure authentication workflows across enterprise and cloud systems
Deploy and maintain Identity as a Service (IDaaS) solutions to support secure access management
Assist with integrating customer systems with enterprise authentication and authorization services
Work with security frameworks and identity services to enforce access policies and entitlement management
Perform software testing and validation to ensure successful system integrations
Document system configurations, integration procedures, and operational processes
Navigate and manage Linux-based environments using command-line tools
Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to maintain system functionality and integration performance
Support integration efforts with enterprise cloud infrastructure and identity management platforms
Security+ certification or DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (or ability to obtain within 60 days)
Bachelor’s degree with 2–4 years of relevant experience (or equivalent professional experience)
Experience with system integration or software development
Experience troubleshooting software issues and performing root cause analysis
Experience performing software testing and validation
Strong documentation and communication skills
Ability to work on-site in Chantilly, Virginia
Experience with Oracle Identity and Access Management tools such as OAM and OUD
Knowledge of authentication standards including OAuth2, SAML, and PKI
Experience containerizing existing applications or services
Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Ansible and GitLab
