As a Senior Risk Analyst at TAL, you’ll report to the Manager of Claims Operational Risk and play a key role in strengthening risk management across the Claims business unit. Leveraging your expertise in operational risk and compliance frameworks, you’ll proactively identify risks, support effective decision-making, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
A critical part of your role will involve analysing incidents to uncover root causes and emerging themes, helping drive meaningful insights and risk mitigation strategies. You’ll also support key regulatory change initiatives, including the implementation of the Financial Accountability Regime (FAR) and APRA’s CPS 230 standards, ensuring we continue to deliver on our commitment to protect what matters most to our customers.
