Nation Security is a leading organization in Security Guard Services, dedicated to ensuring the safety and security of our clients, employees, and assets. We seek a highly skilled and experienced Security Operations Manager to join our team and lead our security operations to the next level.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive security policies, procedures, and protocols.
Manage and supervise a team of security personnel, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
Monitor and assess security operations to ensure compliance with established standards and regulations.
Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate and oversee security-related activities, including surveillance, access control, and incident response.
Liaise with law enforcement, emergency services, and other relevant authorities as needed.
Prepare and present detailed reports on security incidents, trends, and performance metrics.
Stay updated with security technologies, trends, and best practices

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Candidate must be fluent in English and Spanish
Minimum of 5 years of experience in security management or a related role.
Strong knowledge of security systems, protocols, and best practices.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to handle high-stress situations and make quick, effective decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Physical Security Professional (PSP)) are a plus
