  • Accountabilities:
  • Design, implement, and maintain security controls and monitoring for cloud and on-premise infrastructure.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate security risks across applications, networks, and services.
  • Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to integrate security into development and deployment processes.
  • Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration tests, and incident response activities.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Develop documentation, training materials, and guidelines to enhance security awareness across the organization.
  • Monitor emerging threats and recommend proactive solutions to prevent security incidents.
  • Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Security Engineer, Security Analyst, or in a similar cybersecurity role.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and cloud security best practices.
  • Experience with network security, encryption, authentication, and access management protocols.
  • Familiarity with vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, and incident response processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CEH, or similar) are a plus.
  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, or HIPAA is beneficial.
