In this role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering technical leadership and support to our Enterprise and IT customers. Your expertise will ensure successful deployment and optimal performance of both wired and wireless enterprise networking solutions, making you a key advisor to clients. You will gather and relay customer feedback, shaping product strategies and innovations which directly influence the effectiveness of their networking systems. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer satisfaction and enable growth in a fast-paced technology environment.

Accountabilities

Partner with account teams to deliver pre-sales technical consultation, solution design, and product demos tailored to enterprise needs.
Lead the architecture and deployment of enterprise-grade WiFi, switches, routers, and security and cloud solutions.
Present technical content to diverse audiences, including IT stakeholders and internal teams.
Facilitate smooth post-sales transitions by serving as a technical bridge between the customer and support organization.
Gather, analyze, and articulate technical feedback and feature requests to influence product management.
Design secure networking environments utilizing Zero Trust architecture.
Promote and support Cloud platform adoption, providing scalable management solutions.
Conduct detailed RF planning and network design using specialized tools.
Enable and support the channel ecosystem through technical training and solution guidance.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitive products and market trends.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, Network Engineering, or a similar technical customer-facing role.
Expertise in Wi-Fi wireless networking technologies and enterprise security practices.
Strong troubleshooting and solution development skills in both wireless and wired networks.
Experience with RF design tools like Ekahau.
Familiarity with channel partners and mid-market enterprise customers.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence technical and business audiences.
Excellent organizational and project coordination skills.
A collaborative team player with a passion for customer success.
