This role is a high-impact sales leadership position responsible for driving revenue growth and strategic account expansion across a designated territory in North Texas. The Regional Sales Manager will focus on positioning advanced security automation solutions with strategic prospects and customers, managing complex sales cycles, and building long-term relationships. You will develop and execute a comprehensive account strategy that aligns with business objectives while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent growth. Success in this role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with the ability to influence stakeholders, navigate complex negotiations, and deliver measurable results. The environment is fast-paced, dynamic, and innovation-driven, offering autonomy and opportunities for career progression. This position is remote but based in the DFW Metro Region.

Accountabilities:

  • Own and execute a territory plan for strategic accounts within North Texas.
  • Identify, land, adopt, expand, and deepen sales opportunities from start to finish.
  • Develop long-term strategic relationships with prospects, customers, and key decision-makers.
  • Execute against quarterly revenue targets and consistently achieve or exceed goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align account strategy with organizational objectives.
  • Deliver compelling presentations, product demonstrations, and tailored solutions for clients.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM updates.
  • Represent the company professionally at customer meetings, events, and industry gatherings.
  • Requirements:
  • Proven experience in strategic account sales, preferably in cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding quota in complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain executive-level relationships.
  • Experience developing and executing territory or account plans.
  • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally.
  • Comfortable with remote work and travel within the assigned territory.
  • Knowledge of security automation or enterprise technology platforms is a strong plus.
