This role offers a high-impact opportunity to drive growth within the State, Local, and Education (SLED) sector. You will lead sales efforts across your territory, positioning cutting-edge security automation solutions to key stakeholders, building long-term relationships, and expanding account penetration. This is a remote role based in the Northwest USA, ideal for a results-driven sales leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about delivering measurable business outcomes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to execute territory plans, influence enterprise decision-makers, and drive revenue while representing a market-leading AI-native security platform.
Accountabilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive account strategy across SLED prospects and customers to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Drive full-cycle sales efforts from prospecting, land, adopt, expand, to deepening account relationships.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with executive stakeholders, including C-suite decision-makers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure account success and alignment with business objectives.
- Orchestrate complex deals across diverse business units, identifying opportunities for upsell and expansion.
- Consistently deliver against quarterly territory coverage and revenue plans.
Requirements:
- 5–10+ years of direct sales experience in security software, preferably within SLED accounts.
- Proven track record in new business development, consistently exceeding sales targets.
- Experience selling complex enterprise security solutions and navigating fast-paced, evolving markets.
- Strong executive presence, polished communication skills, and consultative selling expertise.
- Familiarity with target account selling, solution selling, and frameworks such as CoM, Challenger, or MEDDICC.
- Hunter mentality with a results-driven approach and ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Ability to adapt quickly and work collaboratively across teams while influencing key decision-makers.
