Job Description

  • Drive all change management deployment activities in alignment with the organization’s change management framework.
  • Lead the localization of the change management approach, plan, and timeline, including communications and training.
  • Oversee and ensure successful delivery of local change management activities.
  • Coordinate efforts across multiple change initiatives impacting various stakeholder groups and business functions.
  • Support senior change leads in executing deployment activities and ensuring readiness.
  • Develop effective messaging and narratives; facilitate engagement events and interventions.
  • Execute communication campaigns, maintain internal change information platforms, and build communities of practice and key user networks.
  • Work with change management colleagues to ensure local people readiness and adoption for a successful go-live.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and coordinate activities to ensure alignment across impacted business areas.
  • Support the transition from implementation to ongoing business operations and continuous improvement.
  • Assist in reporting on deployment progress and overall change management performance.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in consulting as an OCM Lead.
  • 5+ years of experience in leading and mentoring project teams, with a solid understanding of project management, including tools, risk management, and project lifecycle phases.
  • Extensive experience in large-scale SAP/ERP (or equivalent) implementations preferred but not mandatory.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Japanese
  • Experience in a life sciences environment is preferred.
