This role is a strategic, partner-facing technical position responsible for enabling managed security service providers (MSSPs) to effectively deliver cybersecurity solutions to their customers. You will combine technical expertise, pre-sales support, and partner enablement to ensure MSP/MSSP partners are capable of independently deploying and expanding security offerings. The position involves designing and delivering training, supporting solution architecture, conducting demos and proofs-of-value, and aligning partner capabilities with business objectives. You will work in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment with cross-functional teams, helping to scale cybersecurity adoption while influencing product and service strategy. This role is ideal for a proactive, highly skilled security professional with a strong understanding of offensive and defensive security, cloud, and managed service delivery models.
Accountabilities:
- Deliver technical training, workshops, and certifications to upskill MSP/MSSP partners on cybersecurity solutions.
- Assist partners in building repeatable service offerings around continuous pentesting, compliance validation, and attack surface management.
- Develop technical collateral, playbooks, and best practices to support partner go-to-market strategies.
- Support partners in customer-facing opportunities with demos, presentations, and proofs-of-value (POVs).
- Collaborate with channel sales and internal teams to align partner capabilities with customer requirements.
- Provide guidance on solution design, service integration, and technical scoping for partner-driven opportunities.
- Gather partner and customer feedback to inform product roadmap and enablement strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- 3–7 years of experience in pre-sales, technical consulting, SOC, red team, or MSSP/MSP services.
- Strong knowledge of offensive and defensive security, penetration testing methodologies, vulnerability management, and SOC workflows.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), identity systems (AD/AAD), networking fundamentals, and security operations tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience in partner enablement or channel ecosystems is strongly preferred.
- Relevant certifications such as OSCP, OSCE, CISSP, CEH, CompTIA Security+, or cloud security certifications are desirable.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate partner needs and drive adoption independently.
