We’re Hiring: MRV Operator- Smart Agile Officer!

📍 Location: Plymouth, PL6 5WR
💰 Pay: £16.50 per hour OR £31,746 per year 
📅 Hours: Rotation of shifts on the following days: Monday–Friday 07:30–17:30 and Saturday 07:30–13:30. This role offers 37 hours per week across 4 days, with overtime available.

As an MRV Operator – Smart Agile Officer, you’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. This includes delivering high‑end mobile security services, responding swiftly to threats, incidents, and wellbeing concerns, and supporting colleagues and clients with a proactive, visible security presence.

As a MRV Operator- Smart Agile Officer you will gather incident evidence using Body Worn Cameras when directed, follow instructions issued by the Joint Operations Centre and local client representatives, and maintain the highest level of bearing and deportment at all times. Throughout every shift, you will stay alert, inquisitive, and fully engaged, enhancing overall security and resilience across the branch network.

Qualifications

What we’re looking for:

• Capture accurate incident evidence using Body Worn Cameras, following all guidance and only recording when directed, ensuring footage supports investigations and strengthens site resilience.
• Follow operational instructions from the Joint Operations Centre and local client representatives, adapting quickly to changing priorities, new information and live security demands.
• Maintain exceptional standards of personal presentation, conduct and professionalism, demonstrating discipline, reliability and a commitment to representing Securitas with pride.
• Stay alert, observant and engaged throughout each shift, identifying unusual patterns, behaviours or risks and escalating appropriately to prevent potential issues.
• Strengthen the overall security posture and resilience across the branch network, contributing to a safer, more secure environment through proactive monitoring, reporting and teamwork.
