📍 Location: Leicestershire
💰 Pay: £12.60 per hour
📅 Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off (Nights)

Job Description

Responsibilities

You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes:

Key Responsibilities

• Provide mobile security services across multiple client sites within a defined geographical area.
• Perform a range of duties including locks/unlocks, escort services, alarm responses, vacant property inspections, and mobile patrols.
• Protect clients' people, property, and assets.
• Uphold Securitas core values: Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness.

Mobile Security Services: Conduct locks, unlocks, internal and external patrols, alarm responses, vacant property inspections, and escort services.

• Professional Conduct: Maintain a professional, polite, and helpful attitude at all times.

• Team Direction:Follow instructions from Team Leaders and work collaboratively with team members.

• Uniform & Identification: Wear the company uniform and visibly display your SIA licence and security ID card.

• Vehicle Management: Complete vehicle checks and handovers at the beginning and end of each shift. Safe Driving: Abide by the Highway Code, drive safely, and maintain the company’s reputation.

• Key Management: Adhere to all key management processes when handling client keys.

• Assignment Completion: Follow site assignment instructions and complete dynamic risk assessments on arrival at client sites.

• Incident Escalation: Follow correct escalation processes for incidents, break-ins, health and safety issues, and road traffic accidents.

• Reporting: Use GRS/SMP systems accurately, ensuring clear data capture supported by photos where required.

Qualifications

What we’re looking for:

We’re looking for someone who sees a different world—someone who values teamwork, shows initiative, and wants to grow. Ideally, you’ll have:

• A valid SIA Licence
• A full manual UK driving licence
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally at all levels
• The ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential
• RTW, 5 year additional History Information
