The Business Systems Team is central to Wiz's operational excellence and growth, ensuring the reliability and evolution of key business systems that support critical functions across the organization. Composed of technical administrators, developers, and analysts, the team focuses on maintaining and optimizing these business systems to drive efficiency and effectiveness. Combining strategic oversight with tactical execution, the Business Systems Team directly contributes to the success of Wiz's core business objectives as the company scales.
As the Lead Integrations Engineer, you will be the primary owner of Wiz's enterprise integration platform, Workato. Your responsibilities will encompass the ownership, maintenance, governance, development, and support of all enterprise integrations, ensuring seamless and secure data flow and connectivity between critical business systems. In this role, you will be accountable for the development of efficient integrations within the Business Systems ecosystem, with a strong focus on security best practices, scalability, and ROI. This will include hands-on development and providing oversight and enablement to cross-functional technical teams, while also serving as Subject Matter Expert (SME) on integration architecture for all new integration use cases across business systems tooling.
The ideal Lead Integrations Engineer will possess a proactive and inquisitive approach to solving business needs via automation and integration. They will also bring experience as a hands-on engineer with demonstrable expertise in integration platforms, APIs, and secure data architecture. A strong customer-centric mindset and experience in supporting end-users are essential, combined with a solid understanding of the business needs of Finance, Legal, and Go-to-Market teams, a high degree of technical proficiency, and exceptional attention to detail, particularly regarding data security and compliance.
