This role offers the opportunity to design, implement, and maintain high-scale, production-grade SaaS environments across multiple cloud providers. You will lead infrastructure architecture, automate deployment pipelines, and enhance system reliability while working in a dynamic, agile environment. The position provides the chance to collaborate closely with development teams, influence best practices for observability and security, and contribute to a high-performing DevOps culture. You will work on cutting-edge technologies and help shape the operational backbone of a modern enterprise platform, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and compliance.
Accountabilities:
- Design and maintain multi-cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure) production architectures meeting strict SLAs.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines supporting multiple development teams.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using tools such as Terraform and GitOps methodologies.
- Establish and maintain observability, logging, and alerting best practices using Prometheus, CloudWatch, Splunk, Datadog, and similar tools.
- Drive continuous improvement in system reliability, scalability, and operational cost efficiency.
- Mentor and support engineers, fostering a strong DevOps culture and establishing standard practices across the organization.
- Participate in product integration with global clients, ensuring robust and secure deployments.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of hands-on DevOps experience in high-scale SaaS environments.
- Proven expertise with major cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, Azure.
- Strong experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab, and ArgoCD.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools, particularly Terraform.
- Familiarity with monitoring stacks like Datadog, Splunk, Prometheus/Grafana, or Coralogix.
- Solid Linux administration skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to plan and execute tasks independently while maintaining strong team collaboration.
- Strong problem-solving skills and passion for innovation.
Valued Qualifications:
- Knowledge of security infrastructure, secured coding practices, or relevant certifications.
- Experience in B2B cybersecurity, cloud security, identity & access management, or encryption key management.
- Familiarity with CloudGov or FedRAMP environments.
- Networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, HTTP, and network operations.
- Experience leveraging AI-driven automation for DevOps workflows.
