We’re seeking a commercially sharp, operationally-minded CFO to join our executive leadership team. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, knows what great looks like in a high-growth SaaS business, and wants to shape the future of a company who has a very healthy balance sheet and is growing quickly.
As CFO, you’ll partner closely with the CEO and executive team to challenge, co-lead and guide key strategic decisions. You’ll transform financial operations to unlock growth, optimise capital structure, and drive operational excellence across the business. You’ll play a hands-on role, with particular focus on clarity in forecasting, cohort-level economics, and a strong financial narrative.
You’ll own everything from modelling and M&A prep to investor relations, risk management and systems design. You will lead a small but high-calibre finance function, scaling it as the business grows.
