Job Description

Where You Can Make an Impact

Our graduate program is a 12-month journey that gives you real-world experience, hands-on learning, and exposure to industry-leading projects. You'll gain hands-on experience by shadowing senior leaders and participating in engaging fireside chats with industry experts, providing deep insights into consulting fundamentals and the industries we serve. With structured learning, personalised mentoring, e-learning pathways, and ongoing feedback, we’ll set you up for success from day one.   We currently have graduate opportunities within our Risk and Programs teams in Adelaide.

About Programs and Risk

As a graduate within our Programs and Risk team, you will gain hands-on experience across a broad range of our service areas, including.

  • Internal Audit: We provide innovative internal audit services to help clients to improve their organisational performance and systems of governance, risk management and internal control. We provide advisory services for internal audit strategy and function uplift as well as audits and reviews across strategy, processes, people, projects and technology. We deliver technology driven compliance audit services as well as performance and advisory reviews in emerging areas of high demand such as; risk culture, cyber security, control of cloud, AI and automation, eP3M, regulatory compliance.
  • Governance, Risk and Compliance: We support our clients to achieve their risk and compliance objectives in a proactive and sustainable way. We de-risk operations, programs and new initiatives through upfront advice and framework establishment, ensuring risk awareness and culture is built in by design, and deliver assurance and compliance services over performance. We partner with eGRC technology providers to ensure our clients have access to the latest innovations in risk and regulatory technology.
  • Program Excellence: We support clients to feel confident in the planning, delivery and impact of their programs, policies and initiatives. We help clients translate policy directives into implementation-ready programs. As a part of this, we work with our clients to select appropriate funding models and to work effectively with their third-party delivery partners and providers. Clients also come to us when they need assurance that complex, transformational programs are delivered as intended. They engage us proactively to establish program monitoring mechanisms, and retrospectively to offer an independent perspective on the outcomes of a program.
